Lisa provides online private therapy sessions using CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy) and hypnotherapy to help deal with anxiety disorders , confidence issues, phobias and trauma as well as stopping smoking and weight management.
Online sessions mean that you can have therapy at a location and time convenient for you including evenings and weekends.
Lisa also offers 30 and 60 minute relaxation sessions for groups and individuals.
